I've never had a bad experience here. My usual area is around the Chanel counters (and the little Chanel boutique). Everyone is always extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. I've never been treated remotely poorly (and if I was it would make a lot more sense than being treated like a hobo at Dillard's). The sales staff aren't pushy and stuffy at all. I'm here every couple months to look for new make-up and handbags and the staff is always happy to help. I would never go to any other Chanel counter to shop after being treated like royalty here.
I also love their restaurant on the 3rd floor and their tomato soup is the best in town believe me. Every time I'm at Neiman's I gotta have this thick, rich, flavorful, out of this world soup.
Always an excellent shopping experience... I love Neiman Marcus!!

I go to all the sales but sometimes just like to spend a Saturday walking around and dreaming. Great selection of a lot of designers. Try all the perfumes. i always get great fashion inspiration. They have a restaurant on the lower level and a full bar on the 4th floor. customer service is pretty good as well and they validate parking.
