I've come in three times and each time was sent away with a nice apology that you dont fix that. Inner lining, outer glued on soles, and a side zipper. Those have to be some if the main things that go wrong. What do you fix? They are $170 Timberlands so not top of the line but not generic either.

Excellent service, good quality workmanship, great prices and the location can't be more accessible . I am extremely glad that there is a such a business still around.

I brought a pair of black, leather boots that are 2 years old to be re-soled and re-heeled on December 26. (they were also quite "lived in.") I was quoted a week to do the job, and was sad because I was flying back to denver this afternoon (dec 29th). got a phone call this morning that they were finished and they look like a brand new pair of boots! (not owned by me). the leather is cleaned, polished, patched and the soles and heels are beautifully done. thank you thank you thank you!

Best in town is local plus good customer service and good care of our shoes. :)
