Don't pay them in advance for anything. They required payment prior to ordering parts and ignored us for over a month continuing to tell us they were waiting for a part. They made an appt. and didn't even bother to call and say that they weren't going to show up. After a few more weeks, I researched the part # and contacted Thermadore myself and the part was in stock and could be shipped out the same day. These guys are as unprofessional as it gets and they lack the common courtesy to return phone calls.
