The reason for 1 star is due to Zero stars being available. I had windows and siding replaced in 2010. I paid top dollar did not negotiate price in hopes of receiving quality work. I had to call them back 3 time to re-caulk windows, repair J channel on siding which they said was not causing leak in my kitchen. They refused to fix it saying it is ok. I went to store and fixed it myself. No more leak in my kitchen since then. The aluminium around windows is crooked. I called them back 2 weeks ago due to leak in my extension. Again due to J channel and flashing not installed properly. Insurance Adjuster came to look. Lady who answered phone at Apollo said someone will get back to me. I have still not heard from them. Apollo Guarantee and customer service is horrible, they do not return calls, when they finally come out to look at problem they blame cause on something else. This forces you to have it fixed by someone else (more expense) or in my case by myself. BBB is my next step. 11756
