Great guys, hardworking, and pleasant. I've been using We-Haul for nearly 10 years and love their work and attitude. We-Haul has also moved about 10 other people that I've recommended, all of these people have told me what a great job they did and how cost effective the movers were. Thank you We-Haul team!!!!

I would not use We Haul again if I had to move again. They picked up my belongs on 3/15/14 and they were to be delivered to me on 4/26/14. I did not get my belongings until 5/1/14. They did not give me any type of compensation for being late. While they were unloading the truck I noticed my 3-tier brass stand. I sent them an e-mail with a picture of the stand. They stated that it feel apart. That is a lie. There was nothing wrong with the stand when it was loaded on the truck. It is my belief they lost it, damaged it themselves, or too lazy to bring it to me in Ga. Do not use them..... Valerie Snellville, Ga

Terrible company - DO NOT USE WE HAUL MOVING. They will lie, cheat, and steal your money and items.



After they received our initial deposit, they show up 1 week late and hungover. They increased the cost from 1800 to 3000 arbitrarily after we already signed the contract. Then, they delivered our damaged and destroyed items a whole month later. They falsified documents and claimed that all of our belongings were damaged before they handled them - as if I would pay thousands of dollars to move destroyed furniture (rips, tears, a hole in my couch), broken desks and chairs, and a completely destroyed bed and bedframe. Also, there were 4 missing boxes full of high-end clothes. Very unprofessional. We trusted them since AllState insurance contracted them out to us. We Haul Moving was very rude, unhelpful and threatening. We trusted them and they totally screwed us over, costing us over $7000. Definitely should have used UHaul. DO NOT USE WE HAUL MOVING COMPANY

Very bad experience with these movers. They packed our house, stored our belongings and them cross country. When our belongings were delivered, there were numerous items damaged AND stolen. I was appalled and shocked. We filed a claim, notified them of the stolen items and still nothing was done, We were told that the insurance wouldnt cover the stolen items but that the owner would 'personally' cover them. And now weeks later silence from their end, No emails being returned and no resolution. Next step, warn others of these bad business practices and contact the Bethlehem Police and The Attorney General. My advice if you are moving - stay away from this company - the one star is being generous.

HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this "business"!!!! Not helpful & irresponsible!! A major, nationally-known tractor trailer van line company gave us a CONFIRMED date & time for pick-up by a tractor trailer the DAY BEFORE we were moving from one state to another. Unknown to us, the van line service had sub-contracted "We Haul," (Bethlehem, PA, who arrived with a SMALL Budget truck on the confirmed day. The movers told us they could NOT take our items bec they previously picked up another load that was over-weight, ie, our items would not fit. The movers called their "We Haul" dispatcher, & HE TOLD THEM TO LEAVE!!!!...(with NO intention of sending another truck!) & said for US to deal with it by calling the van line company. The van line company said there was NOTHING they could do! Ultimately, ALL of our items had to be left behind. Weeks later, the disaster & financial loss continues!..........Only giving 1 star because my review won't go thru with NO stars!

We Haul Moving sent movers to work for us on the last day of July after another company we had booked to unload our 26-foot truck bailed on us once we had arrived in Easton, PA. The movers from We Haul Moving worked hard and got everything into the house where we wanted it in the time they said they would get it done. Because of administrative glitches that had nothing to do with We Haul Moving, I had to ask them three separate times for a receipt for their services and each time they responded right away without complaint. These guys definitely deserve your business.
