All but one of the tellers is ALWAYS glued to their cell phones and act like you are aggravating them to do their job and/or speak English. Today the store hours said 6:30 closing and when I arrived at 5:42, they staff was leaving and had the nerve to giggle about it. Put the brakes on holiday shopping the last night before a weekend of bad weather, a week before Christmas. Can't wait till EZ Money is back.

Better then Susquehanna street. Helped as much as they could and I was not disappointed!

Staff is very rude and uneducated about the product they sell. Ended up not getting my issue resolved because the owner wasn't there and the girls were unwilling to try to resolve my issue most likely because they were busy that day. Never going there again. Have friends who go there regularly and say there are a select few female staff that are rude more often than not.

This place has great customer service. I've been going there for years and the tellers are always so friendly. I've gone there with issues and I always walked out with a resolution.

I called this store to get information on international calling cards. I asked how much where they and how many minutes you get. The lady was rude on the phone and said that she did not know how many minutes where on the card and that she had customers that she had to get off the phone. I was shocked! I told her that all she needed to do was to look at the calling card and it would tell you how many minutes. She said again in a rude voice that she was not going to check because she had other customers!! I told her that she was very unprofessional and i hung-up the phone!!! The last time i checked i was a customer too!!! WOW!!
