well according to this doctor we all have a deviated septum and need a major cost surgery to fix. I received a bill in the mail for what my insurance company did not pay just for the test to see if I have a deviated septum.. I think it's bull, just a reason he gives people to get more money and business, most non-personable doctor I've ever met. Dr also told me some see results some don't? Why would I ever invest time, energy, money, pain, etc into getting a surgery that might not correct a problem. ??

Our goal is to help every patient to feel welcome, safe and cared for, which we take this very seriously. We try to provide each patient a reasonable assessment of their condition and possible solutions. Unfortunately to guarantee a particular result may often be out of the realm of possibility. This , coupled with increasing cost shifted to the patient by the insurance companies can lead to frustration. I share your frustrations, we have not been successful for more than a quarter century by getting it wrong. Most of the time we get it right and we want to make it right with you.
