Extremely bad service. Never referring these people. Still waiting for their callback!
I schedule an appointment to look at counter tops, was asked to make only half payment (as deposit) in order for them to actually order the granite. All well and dandy. They told me 3-5 days, but it took 12 days simply to get a "text" message that said my choice of granite was out of stock. They texted me 4 pictures of "Level 1" granite, which is not what I ordered. I asked why different level, and was told it was a "mistake" when he (the owner) quoted me the price, while he was in my home. The scheduled day comes & no shows after 2 hours. No one called me, I called & was told 2 different times that they were on their way. They showed up 3.5 hours later. They did a horrible job installing the countertop. They made big holes on the walls, did not seal the edges correctly and about 4 corners/edges of the counter are broken. I made sure to let them know this the same day! They scheduled to come back to fix, and no show. I waited, called, texted and nothing. A few days later I called again, was literally promised like 3 times, via the phone, that they would be there another day & time scheduled. No show, a total of 3 times. I called, left voicemails and still nothing! I am taking this to the Better Business Bureau.
