I am deployed in Afghanistan and they took full advantage of me. They fraudulently overcharged me for government tax, title and license for my car, and as of now 12/21/2016, 4 months later, my car has yet to be registered. I have not received tags for my car due to Star Auto not filing my paperwork, so I am basically paying for a car that I can't legally drive. They do not respond to emails, and when you call they will lie to you, or just blow you off! Shiv, the TTL representative, lied to me on several occasions about the status of filing my TTL paperwork. He told me that he filed my paperwork, however when I called the DMV to verify, I was told that there is no record of my car pending registration and my title is still in the previous owners name! When I confronted Shiv about this, and asked him for some kind of tracking number to track when he sent off my TTL packet, he talked around my questions, contradicted himself, or came up with some bullshit excuse. Ron is not much better; he is somehow magically never available to talk, and whenever I requested for new dealers tags due to them taking forever to get my registration done, he told me quote on quote, "you can drive on the expired registration, it is not a moving violation, and if you get a ticket, we will pay for the ticket." Are you kidding me? I even filled out all of the paperwork myself and sent it to them to file with all the needed documentation with NO RESULTS. All I ever got from these ppl was lies and the run around. I am now at the point to where I have to pay almost 2k out of my pocket to get my own registration done just so I can legally drive my car. Pretty much I'm paying double; what I paid them (almost 3k), plus 2k additional to do their job for them! It does not help to be nice to these ppl, nor argue with them. I have never dealt with a business like this! They do not care about their customers and if they can take advantage of you they will! I am suing these ppl! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Walked onto the lot after seeing a car online. Was immediately introduced to Emmet the Sales Mgr. & the search began. I explained the "type" of vehicle we were looking for with pretty descript parameters. Before I knew it we had a list of vehicles to choose from. Multiple makes, years, & styles. As I looked over the current option, my wife walked the lot. On two occasions she pointed out a car & Emmet immediately said "I won't sell you that car", then explained why it wouldn't fit our criteria. I was impressed. Long story short. After many cars & many test drives I decided on an '08 Jeep Liberty. During the test drive I noticed a strange sound from the front end. Emmit explained that the car was just inspected & as far as he knew, mechanically sound. We finished the paperwork (with another great guy Ron) & left with it shortly thereafter. I brought the car to my mechanic to be looked over a few days later.

We came in today to purchase a vehicle we found on USAA's site and were pleased to find that the vehicle was still available. Willie Serrano helped us along the way, although we took a while to get documents from USAA (no big deal). We are THRILLED with the quality and price of this Land Rover. This is the place to purchase a GREAT used vehicle.

Star Auto Mall is the best of the best! Great cars at fair prices with some of the nicest people. They go far and beyond to meet your needs. I would highly recommend anyone car shopping to check them out you will not regret it.

Just bought a used car from Star Auto Mall. Great selection, friendly interaction, straight talk with none of the traditional car sales B.S. F & I portion of the transaction was by far the easiest I've come across Visited service today, top notch there too. Will go there again, and have no problem recommending them to car buyers. Stopped at every new lot on Rt 30 in Greensburg, Star was so much better than the others their competition should be worried.

Heres the deal, this is a used car dealership. The cars I saw were completely clean inside and out. This is a good thing, I saw they had an onsite detailer who took care of the cars. Very profession crew, I believe they're from India. Courteous and a large selection of cars.



I ended up getting a 2006 Honda Accord Grey. It was perfect because I have two kids, so car seat friendly, radio controls on the steering wheel (a must) it wasn't the V6 but the 4 cylinder, so its great on gas. There is enough trunk space for groceries.



I also test drove a Nissan Maxima (out of my price range) and a BMW 3series (out of my price range as well, but fun to drive) I enjoyed the service, and they were completely negotiable with the price. I intend to come back here for my neice who has been looking for a car since she just got her permit.

Hello, this review is about the star auto mall in Bethlehem PA, they have a legit selection of cars. Bought a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer with low miles from them. Clean carfax was a plus... also I felt very comfortable speaking with everyone there. A+ service. Worth the drive.
