I just finished paying my bills to St.Lukes, that I feel are outrageous. I had a horrible experience with all aspects related to the entire St. Luke's network. I had to after many phone calls go to ther general practitioners' to get my records. I could not get an answer over the phone on my diagnosis. The physical therapy staff was incompetent in Wind Gap where I was living, therefore I had to drive all the way to Bethlehem. The only time I received attention or calls was from the billing department. I just spent my hard earned income tax return on bills to St. Luke's that I have been receiving many months after tests were preformed. Over one year later I am being treated for the same problem that I have wasted so much time and money on with another network. There has been much improvement in my condition due to competent doctors that found the source of my pain. St. Luke's just tried to mask the problem so they could continue to get mine and my insurance company's money
