Very Rude and unprofessional. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of other business that do the same thing in this area. They will charge you $79 Fee to visit and a number of other hidden fees for nonsense.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE FRIENDLY EFFICIENT....

Their serviceman, Ralph, went beyond the ordinary in finding out why my fireplace pilot was not functioning. He was pleasant and patient during the difficult task. I will ask for him again whenever I need service.

Ed M. came out to fix our hot water heater today at 3:40pm and did not leave until it was working, nearly 3 hours later. He was courteous and professional. He also helped us choose a savings plan for any future break downs. It was sooo nice to see there are still professional service providers out there. We highly recommend Ed M. to anyone who has a need for a plumber or appliance repair.

Ed from Services United came out for the yearly service cleaning on our heating/cooling system. He thoroughly explained what he was doing each step of the way and was very thorough. He performed numerous diagnostics, cleaned the inside and outside coils and confirmed the units were functioning properly and efficiently. Thanks Ed!

Had a great service experience with Bob of Services United Inc. I had a problem with my Trane heat pump system, which provides AC to my townhouse. He arrived promptly, was friendly, and it appears that he diagnosed the problem correctly, and had the right parts on his truck to fix it right away. Other companies gave me a 2 week waiting list, and Services United along with Bob gave me same-day repair with a really nice attitude. I would definitely recommend these guys to you all.

HIGHLY recommend. Bob and his team provide very prompt and courteous customer service. They are very knowledgeable. Bob oversees all jobs and is available for questions or concerns. This is our 'go to' company whenever we need service for appliances and heating and cooling needs. We have never been disappointed with the superior service we always receive.
