Savemore is fantastic. Jim provides you with all the information you need to fix your computer problem. Fast courteous service and I left feeling that he will be getting business from my friends and family.

My Dell Latitude 600 had a virus in the background. Jim returns phone calls, provides phone support and will work magic with your problem. Very nice gentleman and is the person to go to if your computer is out of warranty and you still want to use it. Price quote is affordable and no hidden charges. Would use Jim again, but hope I won't have to other than to refer a customer or say hello

Savemore is the only computer repair service that you need. Jim takes care of all the problems and shows you how to limit any future problems. He even follows up after the unit is back in service to make sure all is well. Very detail oriented. He promised 3 day turn around and delivered sooner than promised. Did not try to sell unnecessary upgrades. He has my confidence.

I took my laptop to Savemore when it wouldn't start up for me anymore. Besides giving very reasonable prices, Jim is extremely intelligent and wonderful and what he does. My computer is 10 years old and the question was to buy a new one when mine "crashed" or get mine repaired. Jim was very honest and said mine was worth fixing and that's exactly what he did. After many horror stories with some well known repair companies .I found Savemore ,and have been taking my computers there for over three years. I own 4 now and they all run great! I drive close to two hours one way to have them serviced by Jim. His knowledge is unmatched and his service and honesty are beyond reproach . His customer always comes first. When he says your computer will be ready in 24hrs.it will be. What he quotes is what you pay. He is always up front about whether something is worth repairing or not and will take time to explain what he is doing and why. Moreover, Jim will teach you how to keep computers running well between tune-ups. I have two teenagers who are constantly on the internet. I was in need of someone to remove spyware and viruses that my antivirus program was not removing. My computer would no longer log onto the Internet and it was running really slow. A friend had told me that soon the computer would not start up at all unless I got rid of the infections and that was the only way to get back my Internet connection. I found Jim at Savemore from his listing and web page on the Internet. After speaking to him on the phone I could tell he knew what was wrong and I liked that he quoted me a price in advance before I even took the computer to him. I had called several other places and they did not want to give me a price on the phone and they told me it would take a week or more before I got it back. When I went to pick up my computer just 24 hours later Jim actually booted it up on the premises and showed me what to do to prevent infections in the future. The computer ran like it was brand new and I was so impressed with the results I also took him my other desktop and my laptop. All three are running fast now and I now know how to keep from getting viruses and spyware. I could not be happier with the service and results I got from having my computers worked on by Jim.
