On Friday, 4/12/24, I called them to see if I could book an appointment on Monday for an inspection, an oil change, and getting a car by 2 p.m. The gentleman was like, "No, we don't have anything available for Monday; do you want to do it on Tuesday?" I told him, "No, I have only Monday for it; I have to find somewhere else." He reversed by saying, "Okay, we can take you in for Monday." So, I dropped off my car on Monday morning around 9. By exactly 2 in the afternoon, I called the office, as I had been told that they don't even have anyone assigned to work on it yet, but it should be the next. About 10 minutes later, a gentleman who checked me in from the morning called by using his cell phone to tell me that they were working on the car now and that it should be done within 15 minutes. I would say that 45 minutes later, he called back to tell me that my vehicle was all set. Until now, on Thursday, 4/18/24, after I checked the invoice, I realized that they did not bother to do the oil change. I called them up and spoke to the manager to hear his point of view. He told me that they do things by the end of the day; they don't go with the customer's time request. And the guy who greets me in the morning didn't write down anything about the oil change at all. He apologized for it. This is totally bullshit to me. I meant if they couldn't provide the service and the time as per my request; they just simply told me straight up. This is my first and also my last time coming here. I will never stop by here again at all costs; it's a completely garbage experience. This place is a 0 star in my opinion and not a recommendation.

Have no idea how these guys don't have a 5 star average rating with tons of reviews. My car takes a beating with a triple digit roundtrip commute and when it started making some noises I dreaded having to take my trusty workhorse in for work since itsi never needed anything more than oil changes and basic maintenance. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to find truly good, honest people that want to take care of my car the right way. After they had my car for the day and fixed what they thought was the problem they realized it wasn't the problem. Without me having to say anything they offered to take the part out and do the repair only charging me for the new parts and labor. That's unhead of this day and age where shops will throw parts at a problem and usually stick you with most of the bill. I couldn't leave my car then so they put it back together and squeezed me in as soon as I could get back .They genuinely didn't want me driving because they were concerned about the car, but they explained everything to me and worked with me to find a solution. If I ever move I'll still come back here for whatever my car needs. Can't express my gratitude and knowing I now have a shop I can trust and feel good about working with. THANK YOU!!!
