The facility is decent, but customer service is atrocious...they are looking out for number 1 (themselves) THey do not possess any type of customer resolution ability (not even an "I'm sorry") for their questionable billing and charging practices. Their sales pitch is vague and misleading. I have had three separate issues with the Bethlehem location, no resolution.
