I started with the front storm door, and the basement window. Then I had my upstairs windows replaced. Most recently I have had my back door and storm door replaced as well by Kinslow's windows. I feel like I have a new house!

I am extremely pleased with their customer service, their politeness and professionalism, and their talent. Top-notch craftsmanship, indeed!

Believe me, I looked long and hard to get the best price and quality, but everyone just seemed in a hurry and wouldn't explain things to me in a way I could understand, or just inclined to overcharge me.

I'm glad I chose them for such an important project and investment in my home, and I would recommend them without hesitation. They pay extreme attention to detail, and take the time to do things correctly. They even painted the new threshold and surrounding trim for the back door. And finally, every time they were here they left their work area immaculately clean – cleaner then when they found it! Thank you Kinslow's windows.

My house is 37 years old and the windows REALLY needed to be replaced. The huge bowed window in my liviing room was so rotted that it was ready to fall out. After listening to a steady stream of salesmen and contractors (10 in all) I had a huge decision to make. I decided early on that I wanted to deal with a small business because the big guys hire subs. I chose Kinslow's Windows because I felt that they would do the best job for me. I was not wrong!

In October they installed my beautiful bowed window. Friends and neighbors all comment on how beautiful it looks and about the good job that the men did.

I'm sure that just replacing that window made a big difference in my electric heat bill because I was able to keep that room at 65 degrees all winter and stll; felt warm.

I was so very happy with the work done on that window that I called them back to do the rest of the windows.

Last week they returned to install 11 more windows. What a beautiful job!!! The aluminum casing around each window is perfect and they did a beautiful job of caulking.

I had them replace some of the moulding and was very pleased with the outcome. They are very good with woodworking and stain.

Merle and his crew work well together. They left my place cleaner than when they arrived and removed all debris as they worked.

They were very careful not to damage my hardwood floors and they used pads under everything that could do damage. They are wonderfully skilled craftsmen!

My house is much quieter with the windows closed and I'm sure that I will save a bundle on heating and air conditioning.

I am extremely happy that I chose Kinslow's Windows for my house. I feel that I got a great product and a great job at a very fair price.

I have recommended him to many of my friends and neighbors and I will continue to call him to work on my house.

A father and son outfit who seemed to do okay work when they are working on parts of the job they are famliar with. But in my case...

They underestimated the effort of my whole-house window job. Various mistakes and problems occured along the way. They lie when convenient and are quick to blame problems on another on-site contrractor or us (the homeowners). Several things were not the way we ordered them. They forgot to order 2 windows entirely. The job fell way, way, way behind schedule. They were unable to interact with another contractor who was on site. They eventually walked off the job and refused to work while the other contractor was on-site. Even though they fell way behind schedule, they demanded payments at various times, not when the job was finished as originally agreed. Now and then, they brought along some helper person who's work was sub par. The last day of the job, they stood looking at a window and decided not to finish it. They knocked 100 bucks off my bill, told me to finish the window myself, and loaded up their truck and left. Really! We are still waiting for a few finish items, such as some screens and a couple of window trim pieces. Since they got my money and left, I guess I should not hold my breath for these last few items. Keep in mind that this was not a bargain job. We paid a small fortune for this project, and the final price ended up higher than the original contract. Of course anything that raised the price was blamed on us (the homeowners).

On the plus side, I don't think they damaged anything or made too big of a mess, and they didn't steal anything from me.

Would not recommend to anyone.
