This was a horrible experience all around. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The hygienist told my daughter (4 at the time) that she was giving her a headache. She wasn't screaming or anything just super talkative. This was our 3rd visit. The dentist said she had two cavities and recommended we see a pediatric dentist to get them filled. Okay, fine. We went to see a pediatric dentist (at the time I didn't even know that was a thing). Her new dentist said she a lot of cavities some even needing caps and that they were there for longer than 6 months. Which was our last appointment with Keystone dentistry. Thinking back they never even took any x-rays anytime she was seen. I did speak with someone from their office about how I was treated with my daughter and she said the hygienist had "dry humor". Just all in all a truly terrible experience.

Had this dentist at another practice in Bethlehem, followed him to his own practice. Now he has 2 offices of his own, 1 in Nazareth + 1 in Bethlehem.
