BEWARE!!!!!

Joseph Petrick took $8,000 deposit. Never started work. Said he would be returning deposit. Now months later have not received refund...

Wish I'd seen this page before...Joe Petrick is a liar and a thief. His business, under name JPJ Home Improvements, is not currently licensed. He took money and materials from us. Delayed and ultimately abandoned the job. He lies to your face, and adds on many extras to job. Also has multiple lawsuits pending currently. Beware!

Scammer. Joseph Petrick took $8,000+ in deposits did no work. Beware of him and his scams. This is not the first time he has done this.

CON ARTIST! I don't think he even knows what a hammer really does. BUT, he's an expert at taking your money!

I worked for this man and he did not pay me and he kept all my tools...His name is Joe and he hires people through craigslist...Do not do business with this guy.

We had the same problem a year ago 1 week turned into 4 a d 5. Only showed up for 2 hours a day. Lied right to our face. Kept telling you to go out for more materials. Now that I think about that I think he was stocking his personal inventory with materials I paid for. In the end I had to hire someone to finish the job And he had the nerve to threaten a lein for the last 300$ Total NIGHTMARE !

Never use these people. They first show up and start the work and less than half way through they stop showing up and answering your phone calls and emails. All they want is their down payment money and do a little work and leave and refuse to come back. I was told by the owner Joe that I need to pay him more money for them to come back to finish the job he made a contract for that said it would take 5-7 days. It is now 4 weeks later and he won't return any of my calls or voicemails. Never use these people for anything not even to hang a picture in your house.
