Provided by YP.comIf you want the chair-side manner of a condescending pedant combined with the empathetic nature of sociopath, Cernansky is the guy. I can't speak to his dental abilities because he invited me to leave the office prior to finishing procedure for administering the anesthetic; he objected to the manner in which I expressed the pain he was causing me.
