​TOM CRAMER IS A SLUM LORD! HE RENTS MOLDY APARTMENTS WITH OUR FIXING THE MOLD ISSUE. INSTEAD HE PUTS A COAT OF PRIMER AND PAINT ON TOP. MY KIDS HAVE GOTTEN SICK FROM IT BEING IN THERE ROOM! HE WANTS TO WITHOLD OUR ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT TO SLAP ANOTHER COAT ON TOP! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO HEART AND CARE FOR ANYBODY.

Definitely a shady company, I had a couple of their agents show me some properties, and it was just a constant barrage of them showing me properties i was not interested in and did not care for, and not even showing me the ones i asked to view. Turns out they owned the shotty properties or units they were shoving down my throat. Use caution!
