uninterested staff members are/were/ on call 24/7 to ignore you, to have no answers for questions and to watch tv and work out while "on the clock".

i only joined bc it was the most affordable 24 hour gym around. 2 months or so after the hours changed to 11p closing. the contract i signed stated 24 hours...

most of the tvs did not work on the cardio machines and the weight machines were ancient. from the day i started there was construction to renovate men/womens bathroom/locker rooms. there was nowhere to change or shower or put items bc

at one point BOTH BATHROOMS WERE CLOSED OFF AND THERE WAS NO RUNNING WATER (no water fountains)

*legally there must be running water at the business location. alas-none. members were told to use the bathroom in Staples



after i cancelled my membership i was charged for two more months.

wasn't worth the fight though
