One star based on location, other then that I have been calling since 10am this morning to make an appt for me and my family it is now 1153 and still no appt has been made. The first time they said please hold, I went to the restroom and came back still nobodfy on the line, my phone has a timer and I was waiting 14 minutes before i hung up and redialed. Called back 5 times, received no answer. This last time did it for me I held on the entire 12 minutes and let them know how terrible their service is. I work in the medical profession and this service is just unprofessional. Before you can get a work end they medina optical please hold. You are suppose to wait for a response. I can walk to this place but I would rather waste the gas. I would not recommend to anyone nor will they be getting my business. I may stop by when I get home to let the dr know how terrible her front line is, as they are making her loose business

I agree with Tash01Johnson who posted on 4/11/13 that it is very difficult to get in contact with Dr. Medina's office, but it is well worth the wait as Dr. Medina is an excellent doctor who cares about her patients. This office is very busy, and there is always people waiting for service. However, once you are in the office, their service is out-standing and they have very competitive prices. If you don't mind the wait, I highly suggest this office for your eye care needs.
