DLP was awesome! They helped us close the deal on our purchase without any hiccups. They were not afraid to make aggressive counter-offers, which helped us purchase a house that was just out of our budget to well under our spending limit.

We were first-time home buyers, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We would gladly sell or purchase our next home through DLP!

Ryan and the entire DLP team helped my wife and I purchase our dream home! Ryan was with us every step of the way, even the difficult ones, and helped us walk across the threshold! We love our home and love DLP!

DLP Realty made my home buying experience simple. I was impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. Derek, especially, made me feel at ease and as though my best interests were always of the utmost importance. I'd strongly recommend DLP Realty to anyone.

Our realtor was friendly and worked to find us a home that was a perfect match for our family. When we didn't see anything that we loved, she went the extra mile to look at things not yet on the market.

First, I should say that Dale that does maintenance is wonderful; he does an outstanding job. I never had a problem with anything regrading maintenance. A few things I like about DLP realty is that they correspond great with their tenants and their customer service skills is beyond excellent. I like that I was able to pay my rent online and keep up with anything regrading the property online also; very convenient. When DLP realty took over the property on Main Street, the tenants were introduced to the managers and was left with a detailed, informative letter, with all the contacts needed. I really liked that because it shows that they respect their tenants and is their to help if anything. Ken Gross, Bruce Eaton, and John Przyuski who are all property managers have been kind to me. Thank you and keep up the great work you all do. I may come back one day!! :)

All the staff I was working with at DLP Realty did an awesome job helping me sell my home.. My home was listed , under contract and did closing all within a little over 2 months.. I couldn't be more thankful for their help , guidance and knowledge with helping me in this process...

Extremely informative and realistically practical about how much I could expect to sell the house for; due to the updating the house needed.

We haven't used them yet but we contacted them to sell. They came by and checked out house. very polite and professional. I told them Id be ready by a certain date and I wasn't . They have been reaching out ever since just to keep in touch and check on the status. Cant wait to actually use their services!

We bought our home with the intent of it being a income property. We have been working with Zack Nebbaki , who we are very happy with, to accomplish this. He was very accommodating to our schedules even though it was quite late in the evening. He never made us feel rushed, was very knowledgeable about the market in our area and was able to answer all of the questions we had. I would definitely recommend him and DLP realty.

Relocated to the Lehigh Valley in 2014. Heard about an up and coming real estate company, DLP, and about an agent dynamo, Chelsey Lopez! What a dynamo she was/is. For one so young you might think she would be inexperienced and maybe a tad ill prepared. That would be an erroneous thought. She could not have been more organized, well prepared, thorough or knowledgable had she been selling real estate for 30 years. She had answers to all of our questions and kept in mind what our housing wants and needs were. She didn't waste our time (or hers) showing us homes that were not what we were looking for. She is just a fireball go-getter!!! Sooooo glad we put our trust in BOTH DLP Realty AND Chelsey Lopez! If you are ever in the market for a new home I would highly and strongly recommend you use DLP and Chelsey Lopez.

What a wonderful experience we had working with DLP's Theresa Lusardi and Joe Guglielma to sell our home. They certainly made a difficult process simple and in a professional manner from filling out forms, taking pictures and completing the sale for us. I would certainly recommend DLP to anyone buying or selling a home.

Our realtor, Zack, from DLP worked with our schedules to view the property, answer some questions and to meet up to make transactions. Zack was friendly and really eager to help us with the rental we were interested in. The DLP office was very helpful as well answering our questions and directing us in the right direction.

Pattie went above and beyond for my family and me. She was always able to get us into homes we wanted to see very quickly -- and we saw a lot of homes! Pattie always answered our calls/texts/emails in a timely manner.



Pattie really went out on a limb for us in approaching a home that wasn't officially on the market yet but we had heard it was going to be on soon. She did a great job at guiding us through the very stressful and difficult process of buying this home. As I type this, I am sitting in our new home which we love. Thank you, Pattie!
