We went here with the hopes of getting a family holiday photo after not having one for a couple of years. They have you drive back to get your proof booklet quicker "than via the mail". In the proof booklet, there are small photo prints, but no real ability to see details. The online id code/password in the booklet didn't work and I have been calling everyday to try to get someone to fix it. So much for holiday photos...

I just went over the studio yesterday for an appointment with the consultant who was supposed to help me choose the best package that fit my needs. All I received was not friendly faces starting at the front desk where they pretended I was not there. Never welcomed me. The consultant was very rude, did not give me not even an idea or suggestions but focused on the higher $$$$$ packages. The meeting was less than 5 minutes and she finalized it sending me home to save up for my package. Sorry to say but I did not have a good experience my first time there. I do not recommend it.

Do not use this studio. First of all, they said they'd send proofs - what they sent was a poorly done booklet with the pictures dropped in - not even in order- with tons of blank spaces in between. No actual proofs. Then, the prices are sky high! These are school pictures through North Hunterdon HS, and all they're doing is gouging us parents. These pictures are supposed to be affordable. This is a rip off.

Each time my child brings the order form home from school for picture day, I am sickened. A few years ago as parents of a young child, we jumped at the opportunity to have pictures taken. When we rec'd the order we were disappointed. In the photo our child was cringing. We were wondering if she was sick that day. Then when we got the class composite several weeks later, we were angry. Each child and even the teachers all looked somewhat ill. I called Christmas City to inquire why I had to pay such an outrageously high price for such a crappy picture. I wanted the picture retaken or my money back. Their answer enraged me. "Our photographers just take the picture, they dont have the time to make sure your child poses appropriately." Are you freaking kidding me? That is a photographers job. I find Christmas City Studios to be greedy, ignorant, and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and follow my husband's lead, put the picture order form in the shredder.
