Provided by YP.comThis is for Emeril's not the casino. Emeril's is an interesting place. Somewhat lost in 1950 or 1960. I don't know why but the gentlemen seem to have adopted the slicked back hair and snappy suits. Anyways, the interesting part of eating there is that the food is exceptional and the tableware is K-Mart. Salt and pepper shakers and table ware is cheap stuff that you could find at the local stores. Strange. The food was exceptional and the wait staff was well versed in what was available and what would satisfy appetites. The steak was exceptionally well cooked. I wanted rare and I got rare. Seared on the outside and blood red in the middle. I was just in Chicago and ordered the same there and it came out medium at best. They know how to cook at Emeril's. Just the time you are eating there you don't feel like you are in a place that is charging as much as they do. It is a strange thing.
Anyways, steak is great, wait staff is good, appetizers and sides are okay but nothing to write home about.
