Great experience, very professional, very knowledgeable. In addition to helping me find the house I wanted and educating me on different options that I have, both Frank and Mandee both were very patient with me over the past few months as I was making what I feel is one of the most important decisions I will ever make. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking for a real estate agent, especially if you are buying for the first time like I was.

I listed my property with Frank and had a very good experience. He worked with me to help me get what I feel was fair value for my home, while keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was always there if I had a question, gave me some information to help me increase the "appeal" of my home, ran an open house, and this made me feel comfortable during the process.

Being a first time home buyer, I didnt realize all of the potential obstacles that could come up during the search. Frank helped me understand the market I was looking into, and guided me through the process. He was easy to get a hold of and didnt seem to mind explaining me the basics, as I know I asked him some questions that are probably thought to be common knowledge. Overall I was very pleased with Frank and will be contacting him again in the future for any further real estate needs.
