I stopped by on a Friday to look at their selection of shower doors. The shop had closed early that day, but when the owner saw me he unlocked the door and let me in. I explained to him my existing shower door had shattered and that I needed to replace it. When I showed him a picture of the shower enclosure, he suggested I save money by just replacing the one glass door. He told me someone would be out on Monday, however, he called Saturday a.m(a non-working day for the business) and asked if he could stop by and take the necessary measurements. Not only did he take the measurements, he cleaned the tracks of any glass remnants and did some other minor adjustments to the existing shower door structure. In less than 2 weeks, my glass door was replaced. The installers were polite and did an excellent job. Because of the integrity of all those I dealt with and the quality of service, I would definitely recommend Bethlehem Glass Works.

Just to let you know, I am very displeased about the installation of my new patio door window.



The exterior molding around new glass was going to be left loose, chewed up and unsealed. The interior molding was also chewed up and unsealed. Then after asking that the window molding be secured and calked, I had to ask again for the interior molding to be calked. The calking turned out sloppy and looks lousy.



I the reason I decided to have BETHLEHEM GLASS WORKS supply and install the new window in the patio door was have a professional job done. I could have done a much better job myself.



I also sent this detail in email to them and gotten no response.

Installation doesn't deserve even 1 star, but had to click a star to submit review. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I needed a frameless shower door for a newly remodeled bathroom. I wasn't in love with the job the tile company did because the pattern was slightly off from our original plans. Once Bethlehem Glass Works installed the frameless shower door I fell in love!! I could not be happier with my shower. It looks AMAZING! I'm inspired to start my other bathroom now! Thanks so much for completing our dream bathroom! Tim, Dee and Frank are a top notch group of professionals.
