Don't use them ever!! After one year of Bayada, I said enough. They tell you upfront they don't have 100% show up rate and they mean it. The problem is, they don't let you know. you let them know no one showed up. This isn't a good system. It's not occasional it's a few times a month. The office staff is not nice at all, they act like they are in different offices but they are all in the same little room. You think it's a big company, but its a small office branch with very few people. That said, all of the nurses are very nice. It's a pity they can't fix the office people because without them the system stinks! There are other services out there! Just skip Bayada.
