This office and Dr. Matt does an amazing job transitioning children and getting them used to dental procedures.

I could not ask for better dental care for my children, they love coming to Allentown-Bethlehem Pediatric Dental!

The staff is quick and efficient when working with the kids. This keeps them at ease and makes me comfortable as a parent.

I love how you treat all your patients especially special needs children. That really makes a difference especially when kids don't like going to the dentist anyways.

We heard about Bethlehem Pediatrics from our friends. My children really love it here, we have had a very pleasant experience with the dentist!

My children love this office !

I would NOT recommend this office for small children. Front desk staff is FLAT at best...not friendly at all, but not rude either. Just seems that they don't care either way. I went in for an exam only and selected this office because they do sedation. The female dentist was nice, but again no one went out of their way in the back either. My son opens and does what is asked...appropriate for his age, so I have no way of knowing if they have amazing strategies to get uncooperative children to get their dental work done. He has cavities so I requested to have sedation, and here are my two biggest complaints. Firstly, they scheduled an appointment with out advising me of the cost or an estimate or anything. That's okay because I WILL pay on the day of service for my son's treatment, but ANY DECENT office advises you of an estimated out of pocket cost. Secondly, THEY WILL NOT ALLOW a parent in the room during procedures if the child is sedated, which is completely unacceptable to me. They told me that it is a standard procedure in the industry, which was NOT the case when I went to the pediatric office of Dr. Marsha Gordon & Wanda Janik today, so when they tell you that it is a standard practice don't accept their word for it. Do your homework. Ask around if there is something that makes you uneasy about performing your child's treatment. Thankfully, I have good insurance so I am not stuck with this office.
