The plain and simple truth of this facility is that they will use your insurance benefits until exausted and then discharge you from their client base when you can't afford their 250$ session fees for their paid programs and personally, when a therapist tries to pressure me into making my child's disability seem worse than it is so that they can extend the services of my insurance by 6 more visits, THAT'S A RED FLAG. But for every truthful review, like mine, It seems as though there are 3 more fakes to cover it up. I'm also not pleased with the treatment I've recieved from the therapists. I've questioned them a few times and have been told that if I didn't like their suggestions I should reconsider because "obviously what you've been doing thus far isn't working" I've asked for reports and documents showing my son's progress and none have been supplied as of yet, that was 6 months ago. I've since gone with another therapy service and I am seeing REAL results.

My child loves going to Advent and I love the therapy is 2 hours versus 30 minutes at the hospital. Thank you for being loving and compassionate as we figure out what is going on with him.
