I was apprehensive about boarding my dog for the first time while we went away on vacation, but I had a very good recommentdation from a friend. I must say I was so happy with her stay. I returned to a very happy, healthy dog who really could have cared less about going home since she had so much fun and interacted so well with the staff. She didn't sit in a kennel all day-she got out in the playyard for hours each day and was well rested at night. If there was bad weather she played in the new indoor playroom. I have since gone away for a few short trips and everytime I take her to Hemlock she rushes to greet Judy the manager with her tail wagging. I would highly recommend Hemlock to everyone. The staff truly knows and understands dog and treats them as if they were their own dog.
