I rented a unit it was fast & efficient. temperature controlled & convenient. Stuff was nice.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and provides outstanding customer service. I have used this facility for years and appreciate the efficiency of everyone who works there. It is a pleasure to do business with them!!

When we needed a additional storage unit for 3 months, Josh and Eric found a unit and provided us with a rate we could afford.

It is more than 10 years that I have used this facility - they are responsive, flexible, collaborative and very supportive especially for me as I am a small business owner who does not have the space to store my products.

Security Storage could not have provided a better experience. The staff as a whole is knowledgeable and there was always a manager on duty and always three staff persons on duty at any given time. Unfortunately I visited Security Storage at a frustration with the poor service I received at their competition. I'm lucky I did not give up before finding them. Their competition seem to always Hedge I'm giving me straightforward answers to relatively simple questions on whether they dehumidified space, what was the range of temperatures throughout the year, and how frequently I could expect price increases. Security on the other hand was more than happy to openly answer my concerns, in fact using the answers as their unique service proposition. I cannot say enough how their concern for the customer, their knowledge and ability to help place customers in the right size unit, and their overall customer service. Whether you us Security or not, make it a point to visit one of their facilities. You will be glad you did. Let me suggest your visiting them after you have gone to some of their competitors. The difference will surprise you.

The Bethesda Facility is clean, well-lit and has easy access! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hours and days that i can access my unit are very convenient.

That was my 1st time experience & I the service was great as was the communication from the beginning - Joshua, who is the manager was very professional & helpful.
