Honestly if I could give less stars I would. We have had to go here twice due to the fact it is the only local dealership that really works on cars. The first time they misdiagnosed to problem and suggested and performed a transmission flush despite the real problem being that the car had a leaking head gasket. The second time we actually took it in to get the gasket replaced, they charged a good bit which would have been fine had a they done the job properly. However, during the process, they told me they might have spilled antifreeze in the oil reservoir and that the oil would need changing again in no more than 500 miles, despite the fact they charged me for an oil changing. When I went to change the oil I found that they had stripped the plug-bolt of the oil reservoir. When I asked them if they could fix it they told me that I could fix it myself if I bought a new ratchet tool. I went to the store and the tool cost $128. I will never go there again.
