I highly recommend Blue Sky Closing Services. From start to finish the team made closing my house seemingly effortless. Katie and John were incredibly professional, courteous, and experienced; they streamlined the closing process for me so that I did not have to worry about anything. Not only did they stay on top of everything, but they were two steps ahead of everything that needed completed so nothing was last minute. Katie and John went above and beyond my expectations by making it a hassle free experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When we got our mortgage preapproval from our bank, they gave us a list of approved vendors of mortgages. Wanted decided to go with a small, local business. Choosing BlueSky was undoubtedly the best decision we made regarding the purchase of our new home. They were the peaceful eye of what was a hurricane of a moving day! They even made a donation to the charity of our choice Just for using them! It made us feel a whole lot better that we were improving someone else's day while we struggled through ours. I'm responding to that negative review below by John B. I don't know what this guy is talking about. Blue Sky did my closing 3 years ago, Katie in particular, and they were GREAT!!! They were so professional, answered all my questions leading up to and the day of the closing and were available if I needed anything after. I've referred several friends also and they've all commented on how easy and painless Blue Sky made what could've been an unsettling process. I will definitely keep referring people to Blue Sky and Katie, you rock!!!!

I use Blue Sky Closing Services exclusively as a Real Estate Agent. Trust me, I get many offers for sporting events, dinners, even kick backs and it wouldn't change the team I've grown to trust and depend on for the last 10 years.

Although the act of 'closing' is sometimes challenging now...especially with the new TRID laws, Blue Sky has made sure that they are trained and ready with the up-to-the-minute software and knowledge to get the job done.

Working with Buyers and Sellers can be tough but thankfully, the closing is NEVER an issue.

This company goes above and beyond for all of their clients, as well as, the agents, lenders and others involved in the closing process. This company demonstrated the highest standards in integrity and honesty. When I suggest them to my clients, I know that they are in good hands and will be taken care of. They actually care about what is going on and they do everything they can to help even the most stressful and delicate situations. They work after hours, they work on weekends. If you need them, you can call at anytime and someone will get back to you. Once I hand people over to them for title work, I have nothing to ever worry about! This is a wonderful company and I have referred them multiple times and I will continue to do so.
