Terrible. Lost one of my expensive dress shirts that had significant sentimental value (was purchased to wear to my Father's funeral). Owner, rubin, was dismissive and offered nothing in the way of compensation or even an apology. Used to be a quality, Bethel, business, but is now just resting on its goodwill from days past. AVOID at all costs and support another Bethel business instead.
