Provided by YP.comAbout a month ago, on a Saturday, my husband & I drove from New Fairfield to your store to buy a lawnmower. I waited in the car while my husband went in. He promptly returned, very irritated. Nobody even acknowledged his prescence. One girl was on a "personal" phone call. Another salesperson walked by and never even asked if my husband needed help. The beginning of the following week my husband went to Peerles in New Fairfield and bought a $900+ lawnmower.
He has his own sales-heavy construction business, I was a showroom manager-buyer for 10 years, then ran my own consulting-purchasing-sales business through 5 states for 10 years, We BOTH know how customers like to be treated. Your sales people need to learn that. Maybe you're so busy that you don't care but YOU lost a sale. We would NEVER recommend your business to anyone!
