Only getting 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. Spoke to him on 2xs to schedule him to come fix a leak in my basement and was told 2 separate days he would be there had to take time off of work to wait for him to not only not show up but also to not even have the common decency to call and reschedule. Spoke with his answering service and still he couldn't find the time to even so much as call. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend his service to anyone ever again.

I have been using Mark for almost 10 years for everything from minor plumbing issues to well installation and well maintenance.

If you call his answering service, he calls back immediately.

Mark was recommended to me by a friend and I have in turn recommended him to many of my friends and they all agree that he is a pleasure personally and professionally.

So came home from vacation -- NO WATER.



Plumber came out and said it could be a few things, one of them -- MY WELL WAS DRY and I may be out of water for possibly 2 -3 weeks!!!



I was recommended to call Mark D. Anderson Plumbing, Wells and Pumps.





They came out in less than a hour, Diagnosed the issue in 5 MINUTES!!!!! Called for backup help, replaced my pump and Tank in less than 2 hours. Back up and running in 3 hours!!

AND no rush charges, no emergency charge. I was told -- This is what we do.



2 -3 weeks?!?!?!?? I was up and running in 2 - 3 HOURS!!!!

Found him to be very professional and pleasant. Was willing to make the effort to search my property for my well rather than just quote for a new one. His price was extremely reasonable. We will be using him in the future and wouldn't hesitate to suggest him to friends.

Nice guy, does good work, but expensive. Did a job for 45 minutes and cost $400 labor. I should have done it myself or got competitive quotes.

My expereince with Mark was very positive. He came over within an hour of the call on a saturday afternoon when our water heater tank failed and found another propane unit (not easy to find sat at 4pm) and had us up and running by 5pm. As this was an unexpected expense, I did not have the funds immediately available. He then held the checks for a few weeks until they would clear. I certainly can recommend.

Do not bother calling Mark D Anderson if you have a job under $500. I called Anderson in 2012 to install a facet and check the well. He questioned me on what had to be done, made an appointment to come to the house several days in to the future and never showed up. I sat all day waiting and he did not appear. This year I forgot that I had called anderson so I called him again to fix a leak in the kitchen sink and install two new shutoff valves. Again he asked questions, made an appointment for three days hence and of course he never appeared. Again I waited all day for him. My wife asked me if he was the one I called last year and then I remembered. Twice burned, shame on me.



He must think the good will of the people is a throw away asset, who cares what they think? I would never recommend that anyone call him for a small job but if he holds customers in such low regard, how would he be to deal with in negotiating a big job.
