Prompt, knowledgeable and courteous service. First thing this morning they helped my friend who had no heat. The man they sent out identified issues immediately and got the heat on quickly. Any work needed in the future will be with them. Posting for my friend Nancy who lives in Westwood Village off of Mill plain Road in Danbury Connecticut.

I called in the morning for no AC and obviously they were booked for a week. She said she'd call me with any cancellations or if someone came back early. Got a call at 2:30 the same day and the technician arrived within 10 mins. I had cold air blowing within 30 mins. Thanks!! The only thing worse than having no AC in the middle of the summer is having a wife while you have no AC in the middle of summer . . . .

How many people have had a plumber blow holes in sheet rock walls and leave that mess behind? Krueger brought in a carpenter right behind the plumber. Awesome, saved me so much time.
