Vines is the most dishonest and deceitful enterprise I have ever dealt with I purchased parts for a 2001 X5. The parts that were delivered were from a later year and did not fit. Figured an honest mistake. I spoke to David Vine, whom I also ordered the parts from. He told me that correct parts were being sent out and that a return label would be included to return the incorrect parts. Parts never arrived. Dave now became evasive to the point of answering the phone and saying "Dave isn't in right now". Also be aware that they have caller ID and will not answer the phone call of whomever they are avoiding. After about 3 weeks of being lied to I was finally told that no replacement parts were sent and I would have to get an RA# to return the parts for a refund. I finally got an RA# from Dave, (he again claimed to be someone else, this time an ex employee named Marty). Against my better judgment, I returned the parts. 3 weeks later, still no refund and they do not answer the phone.

Do not do business with Vines Automotive. david Vines is a dishonest person, he has a history or taking deposits on parts orders never shipping and never refunding your money. I would recommend not doing business and go else where there are plenty of "honest suppliers out there for used BMW parts. good luck.
