I go every Tuesday and Saturday of every week. It kind of nice, but yesterday I had a bad experience. I stood in line to return my skates and I did. I sat at the skate counter until everyone turned in their skates and when I didn't receive my shoes, I said something. the woman told me, either I wasn't paying attention or I had walked off when in all actuality I'd been standing in the same spot, watching the whole time. Then when she gave me my shoes, she said my skates weren't there. made me kind of feel like she thought I stole the skates, which i didn't because I have my own pair in my truck, I just pay the extra to donate to the establishment because I come all the time. Also I have to come back to the skate counter like three times each time I come because my skates are always messed up. it gets tiring. sometimes they play the same song repeatedly, but other than that, it's pretty cool. I've been coming since I was 7 and I'm 17 now so. One more thing though, you guys should make sure your workers are trained because one guy had a sling, didn't take our tickets, and he gave my sister two right skates lol.
