After an accident, this was one of Alfa insurances recommended shops. I live close and had dealt with them before,with ok mechanic work. Took my car in for front end damage repair. When they were finished the hood, head light and bumper didn't line up properly. When I brought this to there attention, The excuse was: the car had been wrecked before. I told them it didn't matter how many times it had been wrecked before, I wanted it back to what it looked like before I was backed in to. At this time He ( I guess Body work supervisor) Started yelling and got right up in my face. I told him he really didn't want to do that and his response was oh yea and what are you going to do about it. He took the car in to adjust the hood. My wife went in to tell them to call us when it was done. She was cursed at using the F word several times. They made the undamaged side look like the damaged side. No happy!! They will never see my vehicles again. Talking with ALFA now

My only interaction with this shop was over the phone thankfully and the owner was actually very rude, told me to take my business somewhere else and hung up on me because I asked him if they sanded and repainted wheels. I guess he's too busy for smaller jobs but hanging up on a customer is uncalled for when all I did was ask a question.



This was the owner. I would hate to actually have to do business with a shop with this kind of attitude.
