I had taken my 09 883 in for them to change my tires. I had just got done at the Harley shop having my bike check out because I had just got it a week ago and needed to make sure this bike was safe for my wife to learn to ride. A hour or so had passed and I got a call telling me that the rear wheel bearing was seized up. I was told they could fix it or if they put it back together I would have to sing paper if anything happened they were not responsible. They fix the bike for me. They now have me for life on fixing both my bikes. They made me feel safe to give this bike to my wife and that she would be safe on it and that is worth the world to me. So to the staff and service department thank you so much.
