Patty was called to groom our family dog. She made an appointment to come out on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. After she didn't show up, my mom called her to see if she was coming. Patty said "Didn't I come to your house and you weren't home?" Now first of all,you would definitely know if you arrived at someone's home and didn't get an answer. Secondly, if that were true, why didnt you call? So, we knew she was lying. When my mother told her we had been home all day, she said, "Oh, I had you confused with someone else. I'll call you back". After 3 hours she called back and stated her shampoo girl left her in "a bind". We rescheduled for Sunday (today) at 1:30 pm. At 11:00 she calls and and tells my mom she wanted to come at 11:30. After it was explained we were expecting her at 1:30, she rudely states "well I have you down for TODAY!!" She was politely reminded that she had us down for yesterday as well and the the appointment was for 1:30. Patty rudely stated "I'm not gonna go into that with you ma'am, do you want me to do your dog or Not!?" My mom said "no thanks" and Patty hung up the phone in her face. This lady is the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL person there is. If she needed to cancel Saturdays appointment she should have called and she should not have made excuses about showing up to our house when she knows she didn't. And then she blamed her "shampoo girl". Patty, I hope you are reading this! You are a poor excuse for a business woman. Don't make excuses,own up to your downfalls. No one is perfect, so it's okay to forget or over book yourself from time to time. But don't ever blame your customers for your inability to run your business appropriately. Our dog is being groomed as I type this at PetSmart. Yes we had to drive and pay a little extra, but we'll gladly have our dog groomed with someone who appreciates our business. DO NOT CALL THIS WOMAN!!! SHE IS A BAD JOKE!!!!!!
