ROACHES ran across our table. Wife and I stopped for lunch 9/16/2016. Ordered the 9" Muffalletta. It was really good, about half way finished two roaches ran across our table... I almost threw up ... Wife mentioned it to the girl behind the counter... she apologized and said they have a problem with their exterminator not coming to spray. The dining area is not the cleanest looking place, I would probably not want to see what the kitchen looks like. We will never go back.

The hand made pastas and calzones are totally worth the wait!

Terrible customer service. My first time trying this place was also my last time. As a new customer I asked if I could sample from the bar he was breaking down to throw out. He rudely replied no, we don't do samples. After my first experience, I completely understand why the place was so empty.

Terrible customer service, food is way too expensive and not even that great. Close this place down. I would rate it lower than one star if I could.

I've been going to this little place for years. I usually get the Muffaletta and it's the best I have tasted next to New Orleans.

not sure what has happened to this place over the last year or so. used to have excellent customer service. friendly staff. today (Aug. 11, 2012) our kids chose to eat here for family day. the cost was much higher than our last visit and the blonde working the register was not friendly to us or the rest of the customers. the soda machine needed the carbonation changed in the Sierra mist. I let her know and she all but told me that it was just because it wasn't sprite... I told her it was awful and not because it wasn't sprite. the manager even tried telling her that it needed changing and age huffed up and told him that if he wanted it changed to do it himself and stormed off leaving me still standing there needing a different soda. this was just one instance of her rude behavior while we were there. I will NOT be going back. there are other great Italian restaraunts locally who have great food AND service!

I called in an order for 1 calzone. He told me 25 minutes. I waited the 25 minutes then went to pick up my food. I had to wait another 15 minutes with no one in the drive thru or the resturant. He told he was changing out his buffet. NO ONE was in the place. I got my food it was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. The person working the front stated it just came out the oven, no way!! I stuck my finger in and it wasn't warm. I told him to feel it he told me " no" with an attitude. He through my money on the counter and told me don't come back. He does not have to worry!!
