I spent 18 minutes in the drive thru this morning. Eight of those minutes were after I had paid at the first window. It was very frustrating. I spent almost as much time at the counter yesterday. Lately, this McDonalds had been very slow for some reason. I can't find any complaint cards and complaining to the manager doesn't seem to do any good.

One of the most sorry McDonald I have ever visited. It is after 7 am and still lobby is not open. Manager on duty would not answer door. Finally came to door to open for employees coming into work and would only say be open in a few minutes. 31 minutes later she is finally unlocked the door . Standing at the counter for better than 5 minutes and still no one taking orders.
