I purchase vehicles via auction on a regular basis from a variety of companies and this is one of the worst experiences I have encountered. Firstly, the vehicle was incorrectly listed as a "run and drive," but was not suitable for me to drive off the lot where it currently remains. Upon trying to resolve this with the manager, I was ignored, my intelligence was insulted, and there was an absolute lack of professionalism. He never invited me into his office nor came to lobby where I was waiting to discuss the issue privately, but stood behind the counter and talked very condescending to me in front of all his staff. I came to do business at the bessemer IAAI to support local businesses in the city, but I couldn't be more disappointed as this particular branch has no interest in resolving the bad business in which they were involved. False advertising and the attitude of "you bought it and now it's your problem."

I am more than thankful for buying my damaged Ford Mustang! The damage is not so severe, but still I decided to sell my car. I remember the time when I bought it on repokar car auction and probably that was the happiest time of my life, as this was my first car. Thank you once again!
