I have been dealing with EZ Pawn 9th Ave. For about six months, or more. I have an expensive bow I have pawned there a few times. I mostly deal with a man named Jermane. Awesome guy, friendly, attentive, and works with you, if he can. I like his attitude. Jermane is professional even when things are hectic. Smiles a lot, and is a great employee. I hope I deal with him in the future. Keep up the good work sir. Thank you. It's not too often folks feel like they're treated fairly in a pawn establishment.

Unprofessional Business

The ladies behind the counter argue with one another in front of customers. The so called manager knows nothing about selling firearms legally. These people have no sense of professionalism or customer service. Tomorrow I plan to contact someone higher in the franchise to report these people and how they are running a muck. Because they certainly do not run a business.
