On 4/5/2023, I took my fur baby to this grooming company. I asked them for a teddy bear cut him and they shaved him completely. My Fur baby is a Goldendoodle who was very fluffy, and to see him like this is very disappointing. I specifically asked for a certain cut, and they failed me! This will be my last visit. I am not satisfied with the results by any means.

Please Please Please be careful if it's your 1st going, be very specific. This past visit was my 1st and last time at EP,

I have a "special needs" furbaby and they are wonderful with her. They are quick and do a fantastic job on her. Love I found a great pace to get her groomed!
