Please do your research before you finance any vehicle so you do not get screwed like we did. If you are in need of a car these people will go through all hoops to sit you in one of the vehicles THEY choose for you. If you need a car and want to be screwed for years then purchase a vehicle from this company. We bought a truck from them 2 years ago and they told us after they financed us with a 21% interest rate that we could refinance the truck a year later through the lender well they lied and they knew it. They gave us the whole build your credit scam.The truck had reached the year limit of refinance 9 months after we owned the vehicle. We were stick and under in the vehicle. Fortunately by the grace of God we got out of the loan and paid it off. They were overpriced and used sneaky tactics to get rid of the vehicle. They were rude and very pushy and I will never send anyone here to purchase a car and I advise you to look somewhere else. City Auto Sales- reviews hurt and I hope after this post that more will follow. You guys need to take a look at your business ethics. Your lucky I gave you 2 stars since I was the uneducated person that followed through with the deal and the truck still works.

Buying a car at City Auto Sales was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had purchasing a car! Their customer service was absoutely stellar! Their staff is friendly, hardworking and made me feel like I was the only person at the dealership! I can not say enough in regards to how well I was treated by everyone at City Auto Sales! They even gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealer in Birmingham! I would absolutely recommend buying a car from them! I truly believe they had my best interest in mind by listening to what I wanted out of a car, instead of what they have could gained from a sale!
