Please don't spend your money here. I have a few open accounts with them because my house burned down and I needed furniture. They don't care what they bring you, it might or might not be clean. The Manager Melvin, is very rude and unprofessional and doesn't follow or call you if you have a problem with the merchandise. He lied and told me that he didn't have a boss or anyone over him when I wanted to complain, I had to go on the website to call the main office. I can assure you that if you miss a payment they will call you like you're stealing. My accounts are current but it pains me to take them my money. When they don't care about me, just about the money. It took them two months to fix my bed and I pay insurance but when they offered a replacement,it was like I bought a Mercedes and they offered to replace it with a kia. When I needed a refrigerator they delivered one without shelves and had they nerve to tell us we picked it out! Yes! We picked out what looked to be a new refrigerator with tape and styrofoam still attached. We actually assembled the inside ourselves. Excuse us if we didn't think to count them pieces in the store, we assumed if we pay that much for a refrigerator its going to come with shelves. Two weeks later still know shelves no date on when they may come but I better pay. They didn't offer replacement so I told them to come get it and my family will go without until we buy one. They don't value me as a customer all they want is money. Melvin should have some anger management and customer service classes. If it wasn't for my immediate need of home furnishings and the convenience of the location, I would never shop there. Save yourself some trouble! If you don't have an account there don't open one. It took me a month to get a remote and after we had a TV for about a month or two it went out and had to be replaced. We do have two items that we didn't have a problem with and we didn't have a problem with our dressers but when we received our nightstand it still had the previous owners things in it. If you need to rent furniture Try another place make this a last choice. They are convenient and they deliver and some times there is a girl there named Gina who can offer a little assistance.

This was my first rent to own dealing, so I was excited to get a nice person to talk me through how things went. They took the money for the down payment and had the stuff delivered a few days later. I am a disabled individual on a fixed monthly income, but they were willing to work with me on that! Made the first payment fine, next month comes around and funds fell short, made an office visit, arrangements were made for things to be paid at a later date. During the span of a week or two, I was awoken to their employees beating excessively on not only my front door, but my side windows as well, enough to alert the next door neighbor, they also made a visit to my mothers house where they were informed that I was sick and my cell phone was disconnected. Another visit was made to their office, they apologized and said "our employees are not allowed to do that" (referring to beating on the windows) and another payment made. Within a week, low and behold there they were again, beating on all of the windows accessible and yelling my name in the early morning. This sparked a fire with me, I got in touch with the main office and told them to come get the stuff, they promptly returned and grabbed everything (note they said on delivery they couldn't help move or touch any of stuff) but as they collected items they were quick to move my stuff to various locations. I would not recommended their services to anyone on disability or a lower income, yes they will help you get by, but i believe this is borderline harassment the way they beat on my home yelling my name.
