Before I purchased the braiding hair, I asked about the return policy. "I was told if the packages of hair was not opened I would get a refund". With a receipt a cash refund and without a receipt a store purchase.

I purchased many packs of braiding hair. I bought the unused packs back with out my receipt.

Now the cashier pretends not to understand English.

I was denied a store refund!

So, I got to but Sensual hair in the gold pack and asked for 2 packs 1 1b30 in 12 inches and one 14 inches in gold. I only see the 1b30 and nothing else. So he goes behind other brands of hair and pulls out the blonde hair. Kinda wondering why it was hidden in still didn't think much of it. Fast forward to a day or 2 after getting it sewn in, the 1b30 is perfect just as I remember it, but the blonde mats and tangles making it look as if I have two different brands in my head. Like I was always told, these owners switch hair from pack to pack trying to sell what won't sell. I will NEVER shop from these people again!!! Beware!!!!

This store has a wide selection of beauty products, hair care, makeup, and wigs. I am able to find larger sizes of shampoo and conditioner at half the price of retail stores.
